ZAP Travel & Tours is an independent travel management company with a strong focus on corporate travel.
We have, over the years, built a relatively strong network of partner principals with whom we have accounts. The network covers the entire facet of the travel and tourism industry including accommodation establishments, airlines, car hire companies as well as tour operators. These relationships allow us to serve our clients with ease. Our singular focus is excellent customer service 24/7.

ACCREDITATION

ZAP Travel & Tours is a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association) as well as a member of the Association of South African Travel Agents (ASATA). Our operations and conduct as a company are aligned to the prescripts of both IATA and ASATA.

ZAP Travel & Tours is a 100% empowered company with a level 3 BEE rating. We are committed to meeting all the targets of the Employment Equity Act and, in that way, help empower the previously disenfranchised people of our country. We are also actively involved in empowering women and the youth through our recruitment policy. In addition, we are involved in the educating and training of youth by offering opportunities for internships.
