In addition to the above we also handle the entire spectrum of planning for a conference including registration, name tags, personalised individual packs, and public address system. We help plan the conference to meet the requirements of each client.
Key account management is a critical aspect of how we handle our clients. This includes having standard service level agreements as well as monthly management reports and meetings. This is significant in that it helps us offer a seamless service to the client.

SYSTEMS

ZAP Travel uses the Galileo Global Distribution system for flights, accommodation and car hire reservation. This is a live system that allows us to see, in real time, availability as well as the prevailing prices. In addition, we use Quicktrav for all our accounting requirements. We have the Quicktrav invoicing module, accommodation voucher module, car hire voucher module as well as the main module and general ledger. These systems allow us to offer an efficient and precise service to our customers.

24 HOUR AVAILABILITY

The nature of our business is such that it is critical for us to be available to our clients at all times. While we always strive to offer seamless service we further like to ensure that, in the unlikely event that any of our clients is in distress, they are able to contact us. We thus have a 24-hour emergency number to cater for such needs. In addition, our consultants have laptops that are fitted with the Galileo software as well as 3G cards to ensure that we can service our clients even after hours.
